More fun than I expected!

This place is an absolute gem! The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Cinta and Diana. Breakfast options were amazing. it felt like a feast each morning. The tranquil gardens and beautiful pool add a special touch. Perfect for relaxation before your flight! Highly recommend treating yourself to this luxury.

Absolutely delightful stay! The hotel boasts beautiful gardens, and I especially enjoyed the tranquility around the pools. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make my visit comfortable and welcoming.

Room was somewhat small.

Bedding and room size exceeded my expectations. The cleaning was thorough, keeping everything spotless. Staff were nice but seemed overwhelmed with issues, leaving me feeling unsupported at times. The gym is half-equipped. I expected more from a 5-star hotel in terms of room cleanliness. there were hairs on the bathroom floor. Limited dinner options also disappointed me. The breakfast was, however, excellent with plenty of variety. The location, next to the airport, is ideal for quick layovers. But the lack of transport options to the city center made it problematic, as I needed to rely on expensive taxis.

The rooms are small and not well-maintained. fusty odors lingered, and cleanliness was a concern, with black hairs found in the bathroom. Dinner options are limited with slow service, and the gym lacks sufficient equipment.

Cozy room, attentive staff, our standard king room offered a powerful shower with dove toiletries and a delicious breakfast featuring a wide range of options.

during my stay, I really appreciated the beautiful pool area along with the tranquil gardens, creating a perfect outdoor space to relax after a day of exploring nearby attractions like the Al-AZhom Mosque and the Mangrove Forest, both just a short drive away.

Just a decent option for a rapid stop in Tangerang with good price-value balance. The staff greeted me with smiles, which made my arrival feel welcoming despite the chaos. Arrive early if you want to enjoy the shuttles, as they can get pretty busy.
